GlucoseTrack is a blood sugar and GLP-1 medication tracker for people managing diabetes or taking a GLP-1 medication.

Log blood sugar in mg/dL or mmol/L and see your time in range for the day. Keep a GLP-1 plan with the next injection date and log every dose, then log side effects to see how you feel in the days after each shot. Log meals by search or by photo: a photo is sent to a server for an AI carb estimate. Readings sync with Apple Health on iPhone. Before a visit, Doctor Visit Prep turns the last 30 days into a plain-language summary.

There is no account, and health data is encrypted on the device. The free version shows a banner ad. Premium removes it and adds the AGP report, unlimited meal photo scans and the PDF doctor report.

Things worth knowing

Encrypted on the phone. The stored health data is encrypted with a key kept in the device Keychain or Keystore, and there is no account or sign-in.
Side effects, by day since the shot. Log how you feel and GlucoseTrack lines it up against your injections, so you can tell your doctor what happens and when.
Ready for the visit. Doctor Visit Prep is free: a 30-day plain-language summary of readings, highs, foods, medications and side effects.
Clear about estimates. Meal photo carbs are AI estimates, and the estimated medication level is labelled as an educational estimate, not for treatment decisions.
