A free gout flare diary for iPhone and Android, by One More Day Health
GoutTrack is a free gout flare diary built around the question every gout appointment asks: what happened before each flare?
Log a flare in three taps: which of eight joints, how bad, and when it really started, not when you got round to opening the app. Mark when it ends, and GoutTrack records how long it lasted. Log what came before it: beer, wine, spirits, red meat, organ meat, shellfish, sugary drinks, dehydration, a missed dose, or anything in your own words.
After five flares it shows what you logged 12 to 48 hours before each one, always with the denominator ("beer preceded 4 of your 7 flares"), and it says so when the same thing shows up just as often away from flares. Below five flares it ranks nothing at all. One tap shares a plain-text record of every flare with your doctor, and that record carries its own caveats: it is self-reported, and timing is not cause.
There is no account, no ads, no analytics and no in-app purchase. Everything stays on the phone.
Not medical advice. GoutTrack is a personal diary for your own notes. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it gives no dosing advice. Talk to your doctor about your care.
