Lexirun is a word game. This page explains what the app does with your information. The short version: there is no account, and your game data stays on your device.

Your game data stays on your device

• Your runs, unlocks, settings, streaks, Premium status and any words you report are stored only on your device. We do not run a server that receives them.
• There is no sign-up, no email and no password.
• The Daily Run share card is a text card you choose to share through your phone's share sheet. It contains no links and no personal information.
• Deleting the app removes the data. We cannot recover it for you.

What the app sends over the internet

• Settings file. The app may download a small public settings file from a fixed web address to learn whether optional features (for example ads or extra dictionary words) are switched on. It is a plain download and is not tied to an account.
• Usage sharing (optional, off by default). If you turn on usage sharing, the app sends anonymous event names (for example that a run finished or on which floor) through Google Firebase Analytics so we can balance the game. These events never contain words you typed or any personal information. Turn it off at any time in Settings and the app stops sending. Nothing is sent before you choose.
• Crash reports. The app does not include Crashlytics or any crash upload service. The app keeps a short crash log on your device only.
• Reported words. If you press "report a word", it is saved on your device. It is only sent if you choose to email it to us.
• Purchases. If you buy Lexirun Premium (a one-time purchase), payment is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive no card or billing details. The app checks your purchase status with the store.

Advertising

The free version shows ads through Google AdMob: optional rewarded video ads (for example to replay a Page), and an occasional full-screen ad between runs. Ads are never shown during a Page, and are not shown to Premium owners. Ads are requested as non-personalized unless you give consent for personalized ads. Where required (for example the EEA, UK and iOS), the app asks for your consent, or for permission to track, before loading personalized ads, and you can change this in Settings. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not based on your activity. When ads are loaded, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier and technical data such as IP address, as described in policies.google.com/privacy. Premium removes the full-screen ads.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not collect your name, email, location or contacts through the app.
• We do not track you across other companies' apps and sites except through AdMob personalization when you have given consent.

Children

Lexirun is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Ad requests are labeled accordingly where required.

Your choices and rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export or erase on our side. You control everything in the app: turn usage sharing off, change your ad choices, or delete the app. On iOS you can also change tracking permission in system Settings, and on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in system settings. If you are in a region with data-protection rights (for example GDPR or CCPA) and believe we hold information about you, contact us and we will respond.
