Effective January 1, 2026. If you market a California listing with virtually staged photos, you must:

① Add a "reasonably conspicuous" disclosure on or near every altered image.
② Provide a link, URL, or QR code leading directly to the unaltered original.
③ Apply this to every party acting on your behalf — including your virtual staging tool.
