EndoDay: Endometriosis Diary, by One More Day Health. Last updated: October 20, 2026.
Questions about your diary, Premium or privacy? The answers below cover the most common ones. If yours is not here, email us at glucosetrack42@gmail.com. Please do not include health details in your email; we never need them to help you.
Open the Settings tab and tap Restore purchases under Premium. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with. If a purchase is still pending with the store, Premium unlocks once it completes.
Logging is free forever: the daily check-in, the body pain map, the calendar, the last 90 days of history and the basic report. Premium adds your pain-by-cycle-day pattern, what-you-tried insights, the full appointment report, your whole history, and no ads.
Premium is a subscription handled by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store subscriptions (iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google too.
No. Check-ins, the calendar, insights, reminders and the report all work offline, because everything happens on your phone. You need a connection only to subscribe or to restore a purchase.
Open the Report tab and tap Share report. The report is built on your phone as plain text, and your phone's share sheet lets you choose where it goes (email, messages, notes, print and so on). EndoDay itself sends it nowhere. Free users get the basic report; Premium includes every cycle and your pain-by-cycle-day pattern.
There is no account and no cloud sync, so your diary stays on the phone where you logged it. We cannot see it, and we cannot move or recover it for you. Sharing a report before you switch phones keeps a copy of your history.
Open the Settings tab and tap Delete all data. This permanently erases every entry on the phone and cannot be undone. Your subscription is not affected. Deleting the app also deletes your diary.
Ads are currently switched off. If we turn them on, the free version shows a single banner on the Calendar and Insights screens, never on the check-in or the report, and never to Premium subscribers. Banners come from Google AdMob, are always requested as non-personalised, and are limited to a family-friendly content rating. No ad request ever contains your diary, symptoms, cycle or health information.
Full details are in the privacy policy.
EndoDay is a personal symptom diary. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing in the app or on this page is medical advice. Talk to a qualified clinician about your symptoms, and seek urgent care for severe or sudden pain, heavy bleeding, fainting or fever.
