California's AB 723 (effective Jan 1, 2026) requires every digitally altered listing photo to include a conspicuous disclosure + link/QR code to the unaltered original. Most virtual staging services leave you to handle this yourself in Photoshop. We ship it baked in.

Yes. The AB 723 compliance overlay is included regardless of state. Other states haven't passed similar laws yet, but the staged image without the disclosure overlay works as a standard virtual staging deliverable everywhere. Just let us know in your order email and we'll send both versions.
