Questions about your diary, Premium or privacy? The answers below cover the most common ones. If yours is not here, email us at glucosetrack42@gmail.com. Please do not include health details in your email; we never need them to help you.

Premium and purchases

How do I restore Premium on a new phone?

On the Today tab, tap the gear icon at the top, then tap Restore purchases under Premium. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with. If a purchase is still pending with the store, Premium unlocks once it completes.

What is free, and what does Premium add?

Logging is free forever: the daily check-in, your pill log, dose changes, the lab log, the calendar, the last 90 days of history and the basic report. Premium adds lab trend charts, how you felt after each dose change, your day ratings over time, the full appointment report, your whole history, and no ads.

How do I cancel?

Premium is a subscription handled by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store subscriptions (iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google too.

Using ThyroDay offline

Does the app need internet?

No. Check-ins, the pill log, doses, labs, the calendar, insights, reminders and the report all work offline, because everything happens on your phone. You need a connection only to subscribe or to restore a purchase.

My reminders stopped

Pill and check-in reminders are planned 21 days ahead on your phone and refreshed each time you open ThyroDay, so open the app at least once every few weeks. A reminder is skipped on days you have already marked your pill or rated your day. Check that notifications for ThyroDay are allowed in your phone's settings.

Your diary: export and delete

How do I get my diary out, for example for my doctor?

Open the Report tab and tap Share report. The report is built on your phone as plain text, and your phone's share sheet lets you choose where it goes (email, messages, notes, print and so on). ThyroDay itself sends it nowhere. Free users get the basic report; Premium includes all your history, labs and dose changes.

Can I move my diary to a new phone?

There is no account and no cloud sync, so your diary stays on the phone where you logged it. We cannot see it, and we cannot move or recover it for you. Sharing a report before you switch phones keeps a copy of your history.

How do I delete entries, or everything?

Ads and privacy

Does ThyroDay show ads?

Ads are currently switched off. If we turn them on, the free version shows a single banner on the Calendar and Labs screens, never on the check-in or the report, and never to Premium subscribers. Banners come from Google AdMob, are always requested as non-personalised, and are limited to a family-friendly content rating. No ad request ever contains your entries, doses, lab results or health information.

How does consent work?

Full details are in the privacy policy.

Not medical advice

ThyroDay is a personal diary, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and nothing in the app or on this page is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before changing how you take any medication, and get urgent care if you feel seriously unwell.
